Age groups:
Girls and Boys from 6 to 17 years old! Both under and over 1.57m!
Kyu groups - Kumite:
9th Kyu to 7th Kyu Kata &. Sanbon Kumite!
6th Kyu to 4th Kyu Kata &. Jiyu Kumite!
3rd Kyu to Dan grade Kata &. Jiju Kumite!
Kyu groups - Kata:
9th Kyu to 7th Kyu /
6th Kyu to 4th Kyu and
3rd Kyu to Dan grade will start in the following age
groups: 6 - 9 years / 10 - 13 years and 14 - 17 years!
Girls and boys will start separately!
Kata shiai:
Point system until the 6 finalists! Final also Point system!
First round Kata must be a Heian - Kata 1 - 5! Chosen by the referee!
Final round:
Chosen free by the list! - Tekki Shodan / Bassai Dai / Jion / Empi / Kanku Dai!
Kata - team:
All kata teams must show one basic - kata after chosen by the list!
Kumite:
Free fight in 2 classes, under and over 1.57m!
9th Kyu to 7th Kyu will compete only in Sanbon - Kumite!
6th Kyu to 1st Dan Jiyu - Kumite / Shobu - Ippon!
A group less than 5 comepetitors will compete in the next higher group!
Sanbon - Kumite:
Attack: Jodan, Chudan, Mae - Geri!
Block: Age - Uke, Shuto - Ude - Uke, Gedan - Barai and counter Gyaku - Zuki!
Final Shobu - Sanbon:
Kumite - Team:
from 6th to 4th Kyu and 3rdKyu to 1st Dan the teams can be mixed with girls and boys together!
Every 1st, 2nd and 3rd place wil receive a cup and a certificate!
Team points are:
1st place = 5 points, 2nd place = 3 points, 3rd place = 2 points and the 4th place = 1 point!
Female and male!
Age groups:
18 years and over, female &. male, 6th Kyu to 3rd Dan
Passport and License control will take place on the day of comepetition!
Kata shiai:
Point system until the 8 finalists! Final also Point system!
First round Kata must be a Heian - Kata 1 - 5! Chosen by the referee!

3rd Dan - Gangka Ku / Jiin / Unsu / Tekki Sandan / Sochin / Gojiushiho sho / Gojiushiho Dai / Jitte / Meikyo
A group less than 5 comepetitors will compete in the next higher group!
Kumite:
Individual and team!
Qualifying SHOBU IPPON - Final SHOBU SANBON
Groin shields are optinal. Pads and gum shields are mandtory!
Kumite teams will consist of 3 members and 1 substitute, teams may be mixed with female and male
members!
Prices:
1st , 2nd and 3rd place will receive a big trophy and a certificate!
Team points are:
1st place = 5 points! 2nd place = 3 points! 3rd place = 2 points! 4th place = 1 point!
The team with highest total of points will win the Waldhausen Cup and they get a cup!!
The cup will remain the property of the Dojo Mönchengladbach and the winning team will receive a trophy!
All payment must be made on arrival to the competition!
The team list must contain the following dates:
Name, date of birth, sex, size, grade, individual, Team and country!
The last date of entries is March 10th, 2003!
You are requested to provide 1 escort for every 10 children taking part these are to be named on
the list. Clubs are also requested to provide a Dan grade referee or judge to aid during the
competition!
Attention! Competing controls but passport carried out in a 2 cm tolerance to 1.59m who starts
in the wrong group get disqualify!
