Location of contest:
Dreifachsporthalle, Torfstecherweg 10, 41517 Grevenbroich, Germany

Last date for entries:
by Phone, Fax or email until January, 19^th, 12 pm

Registration:
Registration and weight control until 9.30 am at day of contest, (except competitors of Kata only)!
Registration for competitors of kata only - between 1.00 pm and 1.30 pm! Start of kata at 2.30 pm!

Time:
Start of contest 11 am - End about 8 pm - Entry at 8 am!

Starting fee:
1^st Start 13 Euro, every further start 7 Euro! Synchronous kata 5 Euro for each competitor!
Discount will be possible by a big number of competitor and every additional referee!
Attention! One referee is duty for every dojo!

Age limit:
Every competitor (including 16 years old) must be born after January, 23^rd, 1986!
We have to control this! Please, bring your passport or another official document!

Prices:
- 1^st to 3^rd Place will receive a trophy and a certificate! (1^st Place trophy height = 38cm)!
- The first three successfully Dojos will receive a 1.40 meter high american column trophy!
- Honours prices and certificates for all active referees and helpers!
- Synchronous kata: every competitor a certificate + medal, team certificate!
- further surprise honours!

Liability:
The tournament director didn't take any liability for material and body damage!

Referees:
Every dojo who start with more than 4 competitors have to supply one referee!
The referees has to wear white shirt and black pants!
If it is not possible to supply a referee you have to pay an extra fee of 15 Euro before the contest starts!

Supervisor:
Every supervisor of 5 competitors will have free entry!

Catering:
Food and drinks inside the sports hall! ( Referees free catering!)
